Welcome to Havant RFC Under 7s.

Boys and girls from Year 1 (those who are 6 as of 01.09.10 turning 7 before 31.08.11) are welcome.

We train on a Sunday morning from 10 o’clock at Havant Rugby Club.

The emphasis is that the children have fun and enjoy playing together.

We have qualified coaches that lead the fun and games.

The children are introduced to TAG rugby and this coming season we will have some training sessions with visiting teams as well as the opportunity to get involved in some festivals.

HFRC mini and juniors is made up of a committee of volunteers and the club has an active social calendar with an open day, dinner dances and the infamous tours.

We offer a 6-week introduction for £5.

Please make sure to wrap up warm as it can get cold and training/fixtures are only cancelled if the ground is frozen or pitches too wet. It is best for the children to have lots of layers to peel on and off.

It’s a great way to spend a Sunday morning with the kids having a good run around learning some great skills for on and off the pitch. There’s a chance to have a cup of tea and bacon butty pitch side and become part of the support team!
